PAUL GASCOIGNE LIVE AT EPSOM PLAYHOUSE

Paul Gascoigne & Adam Smith with Playhouse Crowd

WHAT A NIGHT!!!!

We can’t believe it's been a week since we welcomed Paul Gascoigne, and over 400 football fans, to Epsom Playhouse, Surrey. With over six months in the planning, our whole team wanted it to be a memorable night, and it certainly delivered!

There was barely time for us to catch a breath between hilarious stories from one of footballs biggest characters. On stage with Sky Sports very own, Adam Smith, Gazza story-told his way through his legendary football career, sharing stories of the (now legendary) pranks he pulled on team mates, as well as some never before heard stories which kept us all laughing all night! Not only is he one of the greatest players to play the beautiful game, but he is undoubtedly one of the best story tellers too!

It was great to hear about his early years in football, his promise to Sir Alex to sign for United… before a swift change of mind to join Tottenham with the assurance of a house, car and sun-bed for his family! As well as his pre-match ‘warm up’ for the World Cup Semi Final! With his former England team mate, Crystal Palace legend, John Salako in the room; there was even time for stories about the pranks he played on John while on international duty!

The night just wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors; Adair Ltd, Milners of Ashtead, Surrey and Elmbridge Prestige Homes and Unily. A massive thank you to you all, it was great to have you partnering the event.

Once again we continued our support for The Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation and we are over the moon to be able to announce that we raised £3,967! Thank you so much to everyone who joined in with the silent auction and made cash donations on the night. Don't forget you can continue your support for their work by signing the Petition for Justins Law.
